Andrew jointly formed Russells Construction in 1997 and over the years has successfully grown the company into one of the leading contractors in the North West. He is also Managing Director of Russells Homes and is challenged with developing the company brand and growth. In 2007 the team brought the company into profit and the company now has several exciting, large and profitable sites throughout the region.

Previously to Russells, Andrew trained as a Quantity Surveyor, working his way up from Junior Surveyor to Head of Department at a regional main contractor
