Law continues to be a popular career choice for Greater Manchester students. And so senior solicitor Patrick Boyers was well received when he paid a visit to a group of Salford GCSE candidates.
Boyers, whose expertise ranges from motoring offences to corporate prosecutions, spoke to Year 11s from The Lowry Academy in Worsley.
Posting at the end of the day on their social media, the school said: “This morning, a group of Year 11s had an inspiring talk from Patrick Boyers from JMW Solicitors.
“He talked honestly about the subjects he chose at school and college, why he picked them, and how they opened up doors for him later in life and helped shape his future career in law.
“Thank you, Patrick, for giving our students so much motivation as they think about their own next steps.”
